We use 'Whats App' to organise our group. How is this better?
‘Whats App’ is great to transmit instant massages to the whole group but people get tired of checking constant posts that are not appropriate to them. Join-In is a solid online noticeboard showing exactly who will be attending the session. Members can view this at their own convenience.
Can the system have a maximum number of members/players in a session?
Yes. You can set a maximum on any session. Once those slots are filled, no one else will be able to book.
Can I make any of the other players admin?
Yes. You may have other organisers within your club that are happy to oversee their own group. As a ‘Super Admin’ you can authorise this.
Is there a minimum contract? What happens if we want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time without penalty. All new accounts have a free 3 month trial period to fully test the system and check it is right for you
How many sessions can I have?
We have two levels. The lower level is restricted to 5 sessions for smaller clubs and organisations. The upper level is unlimited on sessions.
