A basic version of this was built for our tennis group over 10 years ago and we are still using it! So easy to use and loved by all of the members. We play on Fridays and we can see who is coming from the site. We use Whats App for last minute communication within the group. Perfect if we are one short.

We tested this on just one small group within our club. They loved it. Word got around and others soon followed. I love that members only see their own sessions, otherwise it would be too busy.

We only have two tennis courts so it is great to set each session with a maximum of 8 players. Solved many arguments as to who is playing… If you are not in the session, you can’t join in! People are now really keen to book into their favourite session early.

We have played tennis every Friday for many years and the biggest problem is having odd numbers turning up. This system has solved that problem.
